At TLD Project Coaching, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality coaching, training, and digital learning experiences.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, reschedules, or credits may be issued for our coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, and digital products.
By purchasing or booking a service on www.tldprojectcoaching.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Coaching Sessions and Packages

Single Sessions:
Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full and are non-refundable. -
Coaching Packages (4, 8, or 12 sessions):
Refunds are not available once the first session has been completed.
However, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed programme timeframe.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or unforeseen events), we may consider partial credits or deferrals at our discretion. -
No-Shows:
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
2. Group Programmes and Workshops

Group coaching programmes and workshops are subject to limited spaces and pre-booked schedules.

Refunds are not available once a programme has started.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to a future cohort (subject to availability) or nominate another participant with prior approval.

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by TLD Project Coaching, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
3. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of ebooks, templates, and online courses are final.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once access to the digital material has been granted or downloaded.

4. Corporate Coaching and Training Services

Refunds for corporate engagements are handled under the terms of the specific service agreement or contract.

Deposits for corporate bookings are non-refundable once planning and customization work has begun.

Rescheduling requests will be considered where possible with reasonable notice.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can occur.
If a client experiences a genuine emergency or unexpected event that prevents participation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds or credits in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
