2. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with our coaching services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

3. Coaching Services

Our coaching programmes are intended for professional and personal development.

We provide support, guidance, and tools to help clients achieve their goals; however, outcomes depend on individual effort and commitment. We do not guarantee specific results or professional advancement.

4. Booking and Payments

​

• All coaching sessions, workshops, and digital products must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment can be made securely via the website or other approved payment methods.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change at any time.

• For coaching packages, session dates and times will be agreed upon in advance between coach and client.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

• Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

• If TLD Project Coaching needs to reschedule a session, an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

 

All coaching conversations are strictly confidential.

We are committed to creating a safe and trusted space for our clients. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm or legal obligation).

7. Intellectual Property

 

All materials, templates, guides, and resources provided by TLD Project Coaching remain our intellectual property.

They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Digital Products and Online Courses

​

• Access to digital products (e.g. ebooks, templates, and online courses) is for personal use only.

• All sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

• Unauthorized sharing or resale of materials is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TLD Project Coaching provides coaching and educational services in good faith and to the best of our professional ability.

However, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or outcome resulting from the use of our services, website, or resources.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as legal, financial, or mental health.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

 

• Attending sessions punctually and prepared.

• Completing any agreed actions between sessions.

• Communicating honestly and openly during the coaching process.

 

 

Coaching is a collaborative process—results are achieved through mutual commitment and effort.
