Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions By booking services with TLD Project Coaching, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Bookings & Attendance 1.1 All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system. 1.2 Sessions start and end at the agreed time. 1.3 The client is responsible for attending sessions on time and in an appropriate setting free from distractions. 2. Payments 2.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. 2.2 Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated periodically. Changes will not affect previously purchased services. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. 3.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate. 3.3 Missed or no-show sessions are non-refundable. 3.4 If TLD Project Coaching must cancel a session, an alternative date/time will be offered. 4. Refunds 4.1 Single coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. 4.2 Multi-session packages are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period, provided no sessions have been used. 4.3 If a refund is requested for a part-used package, completed sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate. 4.4 Digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. 5. Renewals & Validity 5.1 Multi-session coaching packages must be used within 12 months from the date of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. 5.2 Additional sessions or extensions can be purchased at the current rate. 5.3 Service renewals are available upon completion of a package. 6. Professional Conduct 6.1 TLD Project Coaching operates under professional and ethical coaching standards. 6.2 If inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behaviour occurs, services may be terminated. Any remaining sessions may be refunded at the discretion of TLD Project Coaching. 7. Client Responsibility 7.1 Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients agree to engage fully and complete agreed actions to achieve maximum results. 7.2 Outcomes from coaching are not guaranteed and depend on client participation and application of guidance. 8. Confidentiality & Data Protection 8.1 All coaching conversations remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or or for safeguarding. 8.2 Personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with relevant data protection legislation.
