Hi,

I’m Essan Wray — Project Manager, Leadership Coach, and Founder of TLD Project Coaching, where I help professionals and organisations lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Over the past few years, I’ve managed large-scale, high-impact projects across both the public and private sectors. Those experiences taught me that successful delivery isn’t just about plans and processes — it’s about people.

That insight became the foundation of TLD Project Coaching, where I now combine my technical expertise with coaching to help others transform how they lead and deliver. My approach is practical, structured, and rooted in empathy — helping project professionals strengthen communication, manage complexity, and build the confidence to lead authentically.

Beyond project management, I’m passionate about personal growth, emotional intelligence, and mindset development. I believe that when leaders learn to balance strategy with self-awareness, they don’t just deliver results — they inspire change.
