Shipping Policy
We offer shipping across the United Kingdom and internationally. All items are made to order by our trusted print partners.
Order Processing (Handling Time):
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (production time).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time:
- UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Estimated Total Delivery:
- UK: 4–9 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Return Window:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of your return being approved.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Exchanges:
- Direct exchanges are not offered.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please request a return and place a new order.

- Follow the instructions provided to return your item safely.
- Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
